Midsummer events not working

I just bought dailes and events and installed ... deleted and reinstalled and midsummer is still not working.

What doesn't work with it? Do you get any kind of error messages?

There are 2 items in the list under Midsummer Fire Festival :
1. Midsummer Fire Festival Quests
2. Midsummer Fire Festival Acheivements

Both are RED and status is improper.
Also says required level is 80.

IS that all there is for midsummer? 2 level 80 items?

Also, the only dailies available are Stornwind, Cata, Northrend and Outland. Is that it ... I though there were more in the major cities.

I am level 64 night elf hunter, newbie since January.

Yes, it will just be those 2. The level 80 just means that that's the recommended level to go thru to do it, and there will probably be some steps that require 80 for you to complete, like maybe being able to enter a certain dungeon or something like that. Each of those 2 guides will cover everything including the low and high level areas.

You can use the guides when they're marked as improper. Just select the guide and load it. It will still go thru like normal, just be aware that you might have some difficulty following the guide if you're not at least 80.

Most dailies are located out in Outlands, Northrend, and the new Cata zones. There are very few that are actually linked to one of the cities.

The only dailies currently not covered are cooking and fishing quests in Darnassus and Ironforge. As you can only do one cooking and one fishing quest a day those are not necessary, just do the ones in Stormwind. Maybe they get covered later.
