Problem scanning for Auction

Ok, the title is vague. Sorry.
I open up the guide to check for auctions. The type where everything is priced far to low. Buy it out and turn around and sell it at the appropriate price. I have a problem doing that, it worked initially when I first tried it some time ago, but, not I get this: (Screenshot)
I hope the screen shot helps.
As you can see, Auctions has been selected. But I do not get what the messages are saying.
