Market is empty sell now! bug

After a scan every item says Market is empty sell now! and there's nothing in the Auctions tab in the gold guide. This just started yesterday.

When you first log into the game there should be some Zygor messages. What does it have there for the trend data age message? When you have the AH window or gold guide window open what does it display for the Last Scan?

Server Trends are 34 hours old and last scan says 1 minute ago.

When you do a scan with the button on the Sell tab there will be a message in the chat when it's done for the scan analysis. What does that message say?

Hmmmm it says Analysis complete. 1 items scanned in 115857 auctions.

Ok, there's where the problem is. Something is keeping it from doing a proper scan. Try going into the guide viewer settings and in the Inventory Management section set it to not auto-scan when the window is opened and also set the scan intensity to low. After you do that log out and back in and use the Scan button on the Sell tab to do another scan and see what the analysis shows in the chat window when that's done.

Ok, try exiting the game and go to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there. This will do a full reset of your guides. When you log back into the game before going to the auction house go into the guide viewer settings again and in the Inventory Management section set it to not auto-scan and set the intensity to low again. Then try again to see if the reset helps.

Ayyyyyyyyyy it worked. Saved variables lol I forgot to delete that when I reinstalled the addon. Back to making tons of gold! Ty for the help.

I don't see why you guys don't just pull your data from the api and have it run in the bg to keep it updated hourly just like tsm.

We pull the data from the API every 2 hours and compile it together to get the rolling 30 day historical data. Since this is just historical data we release the updated data every 2 days to the client to download. If you keep the client running in the background all the time then the data will be automatically updated for you.
