First of all the mats to create this is crazy, just to get 60 expulsoms you need to waste probably 30 minutes crafting all the gear to scrap.. not to mention all the ores you need.
Simplify it, I did 100-125 just creating deadly amberblaze which is a fraction of the effort and costs.
