Scan data went from good to none

Basically I had to start from scratch doing several scans a day. It took a long time to get to the point where the data was described as good. After a random login I noticed it either said no data or poor. Is this a known bug and/or is there a way to stop this happening again. No new addons where installed between the good to bad part.

You don't need to do manual scans. Use the desktop app to get the trend data for your realm.

This is with classic wolk. There is no downloadable trend data for the classic realms unless using TSM at least this is what I was aware of. I am not aware of how to get zygor gold maker to use the TSM data. Any help would be welcomed.

Ahh, I had asked that since you posted in the Retail section. You are correct and can only do the scans manually on the Wrath servers.

Have you done any resets or deleting files in your SavedVariables folders recently? That is where the scan data would be saved. The other possibility is that there might have been a game crash that messed with the files or some other odd glitch that corrupted them.

Okay. I'll just make a back-up of that folder for future fails. Just delete failed folder and replace with back-up would do it?

You would want to only backup the Zygor files. The folder contains many settings files for other addons so backing up and restoring the whole folder would mess with other addons.
