Stuck at Forbidden Reach guide, step 132

I have been waiting for Zskera Vault Kx quest to pop for a week now, step 132 in the Forbidden Reach guide. It says the quest is on rotation with six other quests and to check back at daily reset but no quest has popped up at all for a week. What am I missing guys? I feel like there's more of a user error than guide error. Any tips in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not finding any comments anywhere about those vault quests but I do see that they all reward Dragonscale Expedition reputation. What is your current renown with them? I wonder if maybe there is some required renown level with Dragonscale Expedition to have the vault quests show up?

I'm at R4 with Dragonscale Expedition. I've checked Wowhead and could not fin anything about this either. This is the guide I'm following to complete the Forbidden Reach quest line chapters and it does not mention a renown requirement so far.

EDIT: I just logged in after the weekly reset and Pathfinder Jeb had the quest The Scary Vault of Ur available. So I'm now assuming that these are weekly quests, not daily as the guide suggests.

I don't see anything about that one being weekly on WoWHead. I wonder if maybe you got to a point in the quest line where Blizzard has it wait until the next weekly reset before you can continue it.

I looked on Wowhead and couldn't find anything about it either.

These are not daily, but weekly. A different one pops up in the Adventurers guide each week.

Yup sure enough, these reset each week not daily.
