Well i am questing on a lvl 11 Dwarf Shaman, and every 2-3 quest my waypont arrow disappears and i have to close and reopen wow and it comes back only to have it happen again../reloadui does not fix the issue.

Try checking the top box of the Updater settings to make sure that it's pointing to the proper WoW/Interface/AddOns folder. It's possible that's messed up and trying to install stuff to a different folder.
Another thing you can try is going to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete all of the files in there that start with Zygor. This would do a complete reset of the guide viewer but it's possible one of them is corrupted.My Flight Path Follies guide

and no I didnt try to run WoW as AdminComment

Just tried as Admin and still same ole stuff Im not too fussed been using these guide for 2 years without any issues I am sure ya'll will figure it out for me
