Just wanted to make sure you were the required 89 for getting that quest.

Do you have any of the following quests in your log?

Better Dead Than Dread
Better Off Dread
Dread Space
The Klaxxi

Looking at my quest history.. says i completed The Klaxxi, Dread Space, and Better Dead Than Dread.

In hopes to try to solve this issue, went ahead and found the NPCs to turn some of these quests. But I think I might of made things worse to troubleshoot for you.

Ok, those quests I listed, along with The Threat in the South, are all breadcrumb quests to get you to talk to the same NPC on the wall by Dread Waste. It's possible that with hitting level 90 the quest is no longer available since it's a breadcrumb quest. Are you able to just skip accepting The Threat in the South and continue with the guides?
