Progression problem with an old/new character

I decided to restart a character after getting Zygor 2 and the guide skips ahead even though I haben't completed the quests and when I step back to the step I'm on it doesn't register new completed objectives.

What I think is happenning is that I named the character the same name as the one I deleted, (that was at level 14 when I started over) and Zygor is taking into account objectives completed by the deleted toon.

Is there anything I can do to get this to work right with this character?

Go into your WTF/Account/AccountName/SavedVariables folder. In there you should find a file named ZygorGuidesViewer.lua. You can either delete this file which will reset all of your characters, or you can edit it and find the section pertaining to your character and delete it from in the .lua file to reset just that one character.
