201 Level 71 (blowing the horn)

The horn is not there intill you do and finish forging a head.

Hope that helps and will be buged fixed (the quest in in step 204 so just need to be moved.)

if Im not mistaken, you have to leave the area a bit to make the horn appear, after you complete the quest for it that is.
I asked Zygor to place a waypoint step out of the area to help guide new players.
Maybe after Cata updates.

Yeah, that one you need to leave the area some and then go back in to see the horn.
