no quests faction changed (Quests not Working) :(

i am at Kun-Lai-summit and unable to get the 2 quests on horde side

The Shado-Pan and Muskpaw Reach

no idea whats happening i have not been able to get neither quests do i need to build up my reparation?

These are both breadcrumb quests so it's possible that you've done something else while questing that is preventing you from being able to accept them. You should be able to safely skip them.

There are several issues with faction changes with characters that reched the Pandaria content, a guild mate had more serious problems...
If it's only those breadcrumb quests just try to move on.

well i always get this message use this rope to go to such and such i never find the rope and all the other guides are brown and crossed out to go to valley of eternal blossoms and in Dw swell i never find the rope

The rope doesn't really look like a rope. It's a small thing on the ground that's round. Almost looks like a half-buried pot.
