No quest to accept?

right now im at the lvl 66-68 part of the guide and littereally every single quest it says to accept in Garadar just arent there to accept........ive checked to see if I skipped anything but I didnt, so can I get some help?

Edit: the only quest there to accept was the impotent leader quest

Somewhere along the line you missed raising your Mag'har reputation. This needs to be neutral to accept the quests there in Garadar. Supposedly if you do the quest chain that starts with 'The Impotent Leader' this should get you up to neutral to be able to accept the other quests.
