Where do I start?

Hi,

I just bought the guide and dont know how to start, I have a warrior that is already level 40 so I've gone to the 40-45 horde guides but its telling me to go to places but doesn't tell me where to pickup the quests that I need to do prior to doing the ones in the 40-45 bracket. How do I get up to speed quickly?

The general recommendation is to find the spot in the guide that says "you should now be level x" where x is 2 levels bwlow you, in your case, 38.

Work through the guide from that point on, ignoring any quests you can't take (because you've already done them, or not done the prerequisites for them). As you will be skipping quite a few quests, you'll zip through these sections quickly but you will pick up enough quests to catch up to where the guide says you should be 40. Those lower level quests will still be giving you good xp so it's not wasted time.
