eastern kingdom lvl 40-45 issues

Ok I know this will get taken down by the moderator but here goes. I bought the guide a week ago. I love it ! I was going along seamlessly and with little effort I got my new rouge to lvl 44. Then the patch came and since the changes to the game the guide is really a bummer. I understand it is complexe and that there will be bugs so here is one I found. In this part of the guide (which I had to go back to because I am trying to re sinc up with the quests) it mentions NPC's that do NOT exist!! There seems to be a bunch of chain quest in this area that are related to 2 charactures that do not exist. One is Fiona and the other is Tarenar Sunstriker. This is a bummer because most of the quests I am finding have something to do with one of these charactures. Very dissappointing. I hope this guide gets up to speed soon. It is a shame to have it not work after I was hooked on it . Zygor Guide is like Crack. I am jonesin' without it

BTW.... we wouldnt take a post down from anyone having a problem with the guides, or showing that the guides took a massive dump.
If anything it gives us a chance to shine and get the problem taken care of, so the follow up posts from you all go from "WTH" into "man, you all are on top of this. thank you."

Post any problems you see. If we dont know about them, we cant fix them.

This might also be on Blizzard's end of things. Even tho they re-did all of the 1-60 zones they didn't put everything into place with 4.0.3a but instead will be adding the rest with Cataclysm. Zygor and the team put these guides together during the beta where everything was in place and had no idea that Blizzard would hold back on some NPCs. I know it's gonna suck to wait, but we really can't do much if this is because Blizzard didn't put them in game yet.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes to get this back for us all to use.
The reason Zygor and Zygor Support are not posting in reply is they are doing everything they can to get this working. I see Zygor pop on once in a while, then he logs off.
Bottom line is this; its Zygor Guides. There has never once been anyone that could say the guides have not been given 100% attention, and all problems handled as quickly as possible with results that exceed expectations.
Just be patient and do what you can in game until this problem is resolved. Its a lot to ask of you, but dont forget, I have to take that advise, as well as Cabby, Chaos, Silver, or anyone that has and uses the guides. We all are in the same boat atm.

Well, being the alt-a-holic that I am it was easy for me to just start a new toon and start the guides from the beginning and not try to get synced without the SIS. I know it doesn't really work for everyone, but maybe if you're having a hard time getting synced with the guides you might want to consider starting a new toon and experience the new content, then after SIS is fixed you could go back to this toon and get synced up easy.

It's ok. Everybody gets frustrated now and then. If you didn't get frustrsted you wouldn't care. I'm frustrated but I won't say any thing because it will do no good. Also I will say this guide has been one of the best purchases I've ever made and I have bought 2 cars and they have never filled me with the satisfaction that I have thinking about my purchase here from Zygor. Even before I became a mod here on this site I felt this way. Also this has been the best support I've ever seen for anything.

Ok I foune Fiona at the eastern most part of the eastern plaugelands. She was right next to the bridge that goes across the river to the next map area. So all her quest chains started in the opposite direction from what the guide said. Sunstriker was there too. Thanks for the help. My guide is getting closer to normal again. I hope the release of Cat does not have as much of an impact as this time around.

I don't know about what happened in Basswood's case, but when I went through that section of quests and chains, everything about the guides worked fine for me. Could be because I use Carbonite and something with that adds a bit of a backup layer to quest locations.

The only problem I had in E. Plaguelands quest wise was the bugged Darrowshire quest (place the relic on the ground to start). I've previously reported this here and additional information that it's a known problem on Bliz's side (aka a loooong term bug that many have reported about in several places.)

im also having the problem with tarenar sunstrike being in the wrong places. cant find him ANYWHERE

eldereth, according to comments on WoWHead this NPC roams all over the zone in the caravan that is supposedly following you. To find him just use your map to find where the caravan is and go to the caravan.
