How do I find mounts I do not already own using the guide?

Sadly, if you want to see what mounts you do not have collected yet, the only way I know of so far is from WoW's armory.

1. Log on to battle.net
2. Select the character you want to check
3. Click on the portrait of toon
4. On the left hand side, click on Pets & Mounts
5. Select Mounts Tab
6. Click on Not Collected

Find one you want and go into your Zygor' Guide and do a search for it.

Sadly, this is the only way I know of to see the mounts you do not own.

*I just read that there is an addon called Collectinator that keeps track of pets and mounts you do and do not have. I'm about to install t to see how it works and if I like it or not.

No, I meant you should be able to see a Mounts section in the guide selection window which you get by clicking the small drop down arrow on the guide viewer. You will not be able to do Mount filtering like you do with the Pets because Blizzard doesn't do the mounts the same way they do pets.

Try re-installing the guides to see if that gives you Mounts in the guide selection window.

I have tried multiple times to repair and reinstall the guides. Still cannot filter mounts the way I can pets. It only shows the mounts that I own, not mounts that I do not own. Please advise.

I read the thread for "How do I find pets I do not already own?" and assumed that answer would apply to mounts as well. When I open up my pets and mounts guide I only see a tab for pets. I don't see anything for mounts. When I open up my mounts tab I don't see anything that allows me to filter for mounts I don't have the way you can for pets. All I see are the mounts I currently own. There must be something I am missing? Please advise. Otherwise I love all the guides I have purchased so far. Great job.
