Angler error when wow starts with zygor

Then, when I try to load the northrend angler guide I get a messages saying "Guide not parsed".

What happens if you edit that file and change the name to just Moa'ki (i.e. without the Harbor)?

Yes, as mzanker says there were a couple flight path names changed by Blizzard recently that we have to go thru all of the guides to get changed. Here's a link to the bug report on this particular one: http://www.zygorguides.com/forum/sho...ievement-error
