memory usage mining guide

Heya.

I noticed a memory problem with the mining guide.

What I saw for now is that memory goes from 11,3mb to 23,4 mb in bout 2 sec. then it drops again to 11,3 and the cycle starts over again.

It doesn't do that when I'm in the zone where I'm mining.

Also loaded the guide when no other addon was running and still the same strange behavior.

I hope this information helps a bit to find the problem.

Could you tell us which steps specifically cause the memory to ramp up?

I'm having similar issues when the guides switch from the profession to finding items, like finding herbs for inscription or minerals for engineering or blacksmithing. I get the terrible lag issues; I found that I can switch back to the original profession during the lag time (it is challenging) but that does not solve the problem of trying to use the guide to gather mats.
