prompt when mounts are available

There are a lot of people that like to dive right in and start a game without reading the manual or guide. That being said, I think it would be a great idea to add a prompt for acquiring mounts when available. At least for lvls 20 and 40. It saves a LOT of time and I know I was a little unaware with my first roll.

The game will send you mail when you hit level 20, 40, 60, and 80 to inform you that you can purchase it :-P.
