Human Monk- Breadcrumb quest problem

If you roll a Human Monk and follow the new guide, it automatically has you move to a second location in Elwynn forest before you pick up a bread crumb quest named "Further Concerns." Without this, you can't pick up the Quest, "Find the Lost Guards" around level 8.

I think it's not Monk related but a general problem when skipping from the Elwynn 5-7 to the 8-10 section early.
