One Tamriel
The Elder Scrolls Online is different than most MMOs that restrict what zones you can quest in with level caps. With the “One Tamriel” update you can now venture anywhere you want and the quests and monsters will simply scale to your characters level. Simply find the name of the zone you wish to quest in from the list, load it up, and begin follow the instructions to begin questing.
Obtain a Mount
There is no level requirement to get a mount, just a high cost. The cheapests is 10,000, so you should be saving all your gold primarily for this, as once you have a mount it will greatly increase your leveling speed.
