ZygorUpdater with Error The file name is invalid

Hi,

Till a week ago all worked fine on my iMac with the ZygorUpdater.

But now I get the error message 'The file name is invalid' when i start up the Zygor Updater.

I have downloaded the latest client from your downloads page.

Ok, so you get the error when you click the Updater icon on your desktop and the Updater doesn't launch?

The updater launches with the error message.
When i click Repair i get :
Error: Unable to install products. Please make sure there is enough disk space and you have permissions to install and try again later.
And when I click Update the program keeps trying to download ..

Does your password by chance have any special character such as ~!@#$%^&*()? If so try changing your password to letters and numbers only.

I've been having the same issue. No special characters in my password or user name. There is no reference to which file is invalid. I can manually install the updates, but the loader no longer works. I'm also on a Mac. I deleted the old copy and installed a new one, but I get the same error message. When I click the "OK" button to accept the error message, under "Your Account" it reads "Welcome (null)!" I re-entered my username and password, and the loader worked, though it told me the username and password were reported as being incorrect. It then started me in the Trial User Status.

It must be a Mac thing. This is something the team will have to look at since I don't use Mac to really give any other suggestions.
