Account Disabled - Purchased Diablo Guide but disabled?

I have already raised a support email that my account has been disabled, just after I purchased my Diablo Guide. Unsure why, perhaps a wrong password key-in? Or something, but I need the guide just to read through before playing diablo tonight.
