ZygorGuide Updater Password

Everytime i try to check for updates it says my password is incorrect and that it is the same as my login. I click on settings and see the password. i have tried different ones and still nothing. I can log in to Zygor, I have even changed my password there and tried ZygorUpdater again and it still doesn't work. I have looked all around and can't find a way to change the ZygorUdater password.
I am not very smart at this, please be specific and thank you!

Are you using your email address or your username in the Updater settings? It won't recognize your email address as a valid username but our website will for logging into the Members area. Also, does your password contain any special characters like ~!@#$%^&*()? If so try a password without them as this can sometimes cause problems with the Updater.

i am using my username in the Updater settings. my password in the updater settings, i don't remember what it is. I would like to retreive it or change. can you help please?
