Step 8 asks you to make Ghost-Forged Bracers until level 225.

Step 10 asks you to make Ghostly Skeleton Keys until 560.

The Ghostly Skeleton Key greys out at skill 530 and there are Ghost-Forged Gauntlets and Ghost-Forged Belt listed with 3 skill increase per combine in the Blacksmith menu.
