I can't find anything wrong in the files. Maybe you have a corrupted file. Try going to your WoW/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder in there, then run the Updater and install a fresh copy of the guide files.

OK, did it twice. To be sure the new error (below) was not another corrupt file.

Here is the new error then :
Cannot jump from step 32 to label skn_350-425

EDIT : Redid a clean install and I'm back to
Cannot jump from step 3 to label 'route2'.

Try doing a reset by going to your WoW/WTF/Account/<accountname>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there.
