On ur daily and event guide u say that u can lvl with heirlooms at 30% xp gain?

If Im rite there's only the shoulders and chest that give u 10% each =20% more xp from kills or completing quest

You are correct they might have thought the weapons gave a 10% bonus also (which they don't)
