Death of Drak'thul PVP to PVE Realm

Since my horde PVP realm is now going to convert to a PVE realm on May 18th, Blizz has opened up free transfers from Drak'thul to Akama (both factions) and Dalvengyr (Horde only), both PVP realms.

Does anyone have any experience with these two relams?

I haven't heard very positive comments in trade about either of the two available free transfer realms.

Is there a horde dominanted PVP server other than the two above, that anyone would recommend? Granted, I would have to pay to transfer, but I think it's better than being stuck on a crappy realm.

As a player who has checked out a lot of different realms, I can't say I have ever heard much good said about any realm in trade chat. I am not sure if they are just wanting to keep people away or they are just that bad.

What I haven taken to doing when looking at a guild is to roll a toon in that realm and level it high enough so I can do a few dungeons and battlegrounds. Being that trade usually seems to be full of clowns who prefer to enlighten people with their knowledge of all things anal, murloc, and Chuck Norris I figure it's a better way to determine the quality of a server.

When you do transfer, I would make sure it is to a compatible time zone for you. I will probably be doing a realm transfer after I hit 80 on my pally because the time zone difference pretty much makes raiding impossible.
