Step 15 says talk to Naleidea to accept 'Chasing Storms' after Khadgar has made his entrance ala BTTF and you either watch or skip the cutscene, but you can't talk to her until you hand in the Quest from Khadgar 'Whispers on the Winds' to Ebyssian. Step 15.JPG
