Step 204 Thaldraszus Full Zone Guide No NPC
I'm doing the Thrldrazus Full Zone Guide as apart of Adventure mode for alts, and step 204 says to talk to Hearld Flaps who is supposed to be standing next to me. He is not. According to wowhead you have to be at Renown 5 with the Valdrakken Accord for him to appear with quest for To Dragonbane Keep! Guide should be updated to mention this.
