On my level 70 character the zygor guide doesn't show up while i still need it

couldnt change the title but i have found a solution so the question is no longer relevant so as mentioned in the title, when i log it in loads the guides it says so in chat but i don't see it anywhere, i tried logging in on a low character and it pops up. my other level 70 characters it also doesn't show, what if i want to use it for loremaster?
