Unable to create waypoint: Molten Front

When I go through the portal in to Firelands, waypoints do not work. I get errors like - "CreateMapMarker bailing out; c=0 z=nil x=50.6 y=87.2
Unable to create waypoint: Molten Front 50.6 87.2"

I'm using Zygor built-in waypointing.

Is there any fix for this?

I got the same thing in the final part of the Thrall quest line when I was teleported to Firelands. After a few seconds the messages stopped and all appeared OK.
