Launch 64 Bit Client

Whenever i update it auto launches 32 bit client. How do i launch 64 bit? Or can i opt to not launch the game with Zygor?

Yes. You don't have to use the Zygor "Launch Game" button. Just update, if you want to, then exit. Start the game with your 64-bit client. From my experience, 64-bit may not work as well for WoW as the 32-bit client. Note: I'm no expert on this matter, but I've tried it both ways.

It launches automatically when i update and there is no way to change it. I need to know how to change it so it does not launch.

When you first run the Updater there should be a small window that opens with a 3 second timer on it. Click the Abort button on that window to stop the auto-launching of WoW.

If you would like to change the Launch WoW button to use the 64-bit version or the WoW Launcher/Updater you can go into the Updater settings and change the 2nd setting.
