New patch is live...Zygor guide does not load

What happened was initially it was working on the US servers but not the EU servers (they get the patch tomorrow). We sent out an update to try to get it working on the EU servers and now it's caused the US servers to not work.

I reported this as fixed with a re-install. however, it is not. After i exit the game and log back in again it is completely broken. I have tried loading just the viewer and it just sits at loading. If you can detail how to get the logs you need i would be happy to.

I accept broken addons on launch day, but, not for one i actually have to pay for.

I don't think Zygor has any advantage over other addons, as far as how to get blizzard code updates. So expecting Zygor somehow to be aware of future updates and implement them before the final release is :

I want to thank the Zygore Support team for being so responsive with the updates on the issue that we all just experienced. This is why we pay for an addon in the first place, to have support when something does not work and to have almost immediate responses. The latest Version 5.0.14113 has corrected the issue for me on the NA servers.

Same here, ZG is only addon in interface folder, I have deleted and reset the WTF / Interface / and Cache folders in the wow directory.

I'm still getting this set of errors. Update 13 resolved the issues observed in 12, but my log is filled with these errors, and I still get a 'Errors were detected on startup, see ZGV.ERRORS' message upon login.

Yes, Zygor is the only addon in my Interface folder. I have previously reset Cache/WTF/Interface; re-installed the guides; re-installed the client; scan and repair for both the guides and WoW; manually deleting the Zygor files in the WTF folder.

The difference being i Pay to use Zygor, i don't pay for the other addons. Therefore I am entitled to expect more for something i pay to use. Would you be upset with Verizon if they released a software update to your TV and it broke?

Please Repair using the Zygor client to update the guides to version 5.0.14113.

First of all, I know just enough about computers to kill them. That being said, I had trouble with Zygor loading (after disabling it like they said to do). I did the repair thing with the wrench. It's telling me, now, "ERROR initializing, check the Lua errors and report them, please." If you tell me how, I'll do my best to do this.
