Guide won't automatically update nor will it manually update Internal error 500

Of all the times. I have never had an issue with Zygor before and want all my tools at my disposal to start BFA (It started 25 minutes ago) sigh. My Zygor guide keeps getting an internal error 500 message. Please fix this!

I'm having the same Error 500. See attached.

Zygor seems to have downloaded and been installed in the correct WoW folder, however when I try to sync with the server for auction prices, etc and click "Update" I get the 0000000's error. Any suggestions Support?

You can ignore the 500 error. That is just because of the client not being able to get the AH hourly scan data. We had to temporarily turn that off to reduce server stress but the rest of the guides should still get installed and work. Just check to see if the installed version matches the current version on the client and if it does then close the client and you can use the guides in game.
