I dont understand,.. I dont have any quests, and its not instructing to pick up any quests,.. I just started Zygor after not using it since level 18,.. I am level 26 now.

Try loading the previous 20-25 guide and letting the Smart Injection System skip through the steps until it lands on a quest related red step. Start there, and continue this process until you're back in sync with the guides.
