Why doesn't gear advisor have an Item Score in tooltip Wow Classic

Gear advisor seems to work when buying/aquiring new gear. However when I mouse over gear after equipping it there is no gear score number-just says "Zygor Itemscore:"

Can you please post a picture of what you are seeing?

Here is an example-same on all items after equipping.

Have you tried disabling all other addons just to see if it's there when only Zygor is running?

Ok here's with no addons showing equipped items
Couldn't show you with item in bags said I reached my quota but a linen belt said

There is no number score for any of it, not sure if that is intended.

I checked with the dev team and it's working as intended. It only shows an upgrade percentage (no raw numbers) so when it's equipped it shows "Equipped" since there would be no upgrade percentage.
