Meet at the Grave

I had problems with the meet at the meet at the grave quest. I drank the elixir that killed me then the next step said to rez and click ont eh gravestone.

In reality the next step is to head north into the mountains and meet the ghost there before getting the rez and click gravestone quest.

I just did this quest and it seemed to be in the right order for me. I have the release from 2/26 I think it was.
