You can download the update (Version 4.0.7191) using the Zygor Guides client. Note that you will need to own each of the respective guide types in order to receive the updated content.
Blizzard has announced that Patch 5.4, which is called “Siege of Orgrimmar”, will be released on Tuesday, September 10th. We will be releasing our Patch 5.4 guide update on the same day which will include all new quests, achievements, battle pets, mounts, and a new scenario. The Golden Lotus area has also been completely revised to tie in with this patch.

This patch will bring with it lots of new content including all new quests, achievements, battle pets, mounts, and a new scenario. As we begin to enter the third quarter of 2013 the lineup of great looking games on the horizon is really starting to stackup.
