We are a very small company. We have at least one person that works 7 days a week (me) for the email system, but I do need to get some sleep too. Our support system includes the email and the forums. Most of the time one of our moderators is awake and can answer questions on the forums when I'm sleeping, but rest assured that we always try to take care of the emails as quickly as we can within human limitations.My Flight Path Follies guide
