      Right now excessive server load is causing problems. Give it maybe 30 minutes and then try again. Hopefully by then there won't be as much server load.

        It is still not allowing me to download anything, it doesnt even begin the download it just resets to the update button

          Try logging into the Members area of the website and using the Manual installation link to get the zip file, then extract that into your WoW/Interface/AddOns folder.
