Cant move waypoint arrow?

Was checking to see if i could move the waypoint arrow but it seems anchored to the guide viewer is there an option to move the arrow, doesnt seem to be where it used to be. >.>

well i feel dumb, I just realized how to do it just tick the non interactive and make it interactive again and simply drag it over then tick non interactive again back on and its locked in place...LOVE the new arrow
