The team are currently very busy getting this things polished.
Blizzard made quite som changes close to the release of Pandaria so I assume the Zygor team did not put those hints into the guide because it's better to have no hint than a completely wrong one.

Jut look at the beginning of the Jade Forest. When I started with the beta it was completely different on Alliance side. I even had a character stuck when Blizzard reworked the zone because he was standing on the airship without being able to get the quests there and the hearthstone brought me right into the Horde base
