Quest Item Window

a Quest Item such as a Fire Extinguisher appears smack dab in the middle of the screen.

I've tried dif key combos to move it.. is it possible? if so, how?

This is some other addon doing that. The guide viewer does not use an extra window for the quest items, they are embedded into the step that is displayed.
