set your processAffinityMask
to the one of your process it really helps while i have a good pc and a 7950 i stil had some fps drops and lag issue but now not anymore.

Yes, I've had this set optimally for my i7 CPU for a few weeks now and can confirm it gets rid of the FPS drop every few seconds when you have the travel system enabled and you're not in the same zone as the guide.
