Travel system issue - Serpent's Overlook

Step 238 of the Alliance Jade Forest guide has you accept "The Serpent's Heart". The travel system then tells you to fly to Serpent's Overlook. Only thing is, as far as I can see, there is no way off Serpent's Overlook apart from taking a flight again.

I don't know whether this is because I'm already level 87 and have automatically received the Serpent's Overlook FP.

Is that where you fly to the top of the jade serpent statue?

No, it's a small mountain-top village that only appears to be reachable via flying, so it's not really a suitable place to be directed to with the travel system if the endpoint is not on that mountain.

If you're level 85 or 86 you may not have the FP, in which case the travel system wouldn't send you there.
