Does the leveling guide send you to Northrend as soon as you hit 68 ?

I'm 67 3/4 and i'm wondering if the leveling guide will send me there as soon as i hit 68 ?

No it will not. We do not send you there until you hit 70 to make sure that you are the proper level to accept all of the quests. You can however move there earlier if you wish, but I'd recommend waiting until 69 before going as this will give you a better chance of hitting 70 before you get to the quests that require level 70 to accept them.
