i am trying to start blade's edge, but since i have apparently done all the quests, the guide springs automatically to netherstorm. very annoying since i want to look some things up in blade's edge. is there a way to stop this?

If you mean it fast forwards thru the Blade's Edge guide there is an option that you can use to stop that. I believe it was in the Step completion section of the options and it should be labeled Disable step completion.My Flight Path Follies guide
