having map problems

recently purchased the guide and I'm noticing I'm never where I should be on the map (when I'm in Crossroads it shows me as being 2 inches over in the hills. Is this related to Zygor's AddOn or Cartographer?

You have to disble some components of the cartographer.

This is a Cartographer problem. Disable all Cartographer addons, except these 3:
Cartographer
Cartographer_Notes
Cartographer_Waypoints

If you still have trouble, completely uninstall/disable Cartographer and download and install TomTom from here:

its cause of cartographer when you activated the show quests checkbox at the buttom right corner auf the map. disable the checkbox and everything is fine

all i did was disabled

after i did that everything else ran smoothly.

The only things required of Cartographer to work with Zygor Guides are Cartographer, Waypoints, and Notes.

You may want to get familiar with TomTom though, as Cartographer is no longer supported by the creators/developers.

Login to our Members Area and download and install the newest version of our guides. We no longer use Cartographer. With this update, we released our custom waypoint and map addon, Zygor Waypointer.

So, when you install our guides now, you only need to install 2 things:

Nothing is showing anywhere for the guide. I've done all the suggestions (delete WTF, etc.) but still nothing for Zygor. So far, not so good for $90.

If you've already done a quest that it thinks you need to do I believe if you right click on the line that says "accept quest" that it should mark it in the guides as you having completed that step.

Quests already completed should be marked with green colour and the guide should automatically move on from those. Or, you could right-click the 'next step' arrow ("fast forward") to force the guide to proceed.

It could be that the guide is not detecting your completed quests, however, for some reason. But first please make sure the quests are indeed marked red at the current step, and you're sure you've done them on that character.
