Waypoint Arrow broken

on guide advance, the waypoint switches to the next goal and then is gone after one or two seconds.
when i click the icon, the waypoint is correct set, but gone after one or two secs.

EDIT: Although i restarted before, i cant reproduce the error now. it occured at guide Blades Edge Step 15 - 23.
Maybe a weird "onetime" effect?
