guide update stuck at downloading

I got a pop up saying to post this information to zygor after 2 failed attepts at updating. I saw a thread on here about problems updating, but it was from December. I have had this issue once before, with the last time I needed to update. A restart of the guide updater cleared the problem. This is the first time I got the pop up window saying to post this info. Here it is. Please advise...

Please use the Windows Update tool to check for any updates to Windows and the .NET Framework, then re-start the computer to see if that solves your problem.
